Information Notice – Current Car Leasing.

We are Massconsult Limited trading as Current Car Leasing and our registered office address,

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered No: 13637127 

We are a credit broker of vehicle finance, we are not a funder or lender.

We charge an Admin fee of £249 + VAT for our Brokering Services.

The Admin fee is payable upon finance approval.

If you cancel the order, any admin fee paid will not qualify for a refund if credit has been secured with a finance company, matching the terms of the order.

In the event of you cancelling an order prior to delivery, we charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of vehicle P11D value + VAT. Only direct losses associated to your cancellation will be calculated so an invoice can be raised. The cancellation fee will be made up of any fees levied on Current Car Leasing from the  dealer / manufacturer / funder, and the processing costs and losses of Current Car Leasing.

Please also consider, that our order form to you would be listed either to include a full maintenance package, or may be without maintenance for the term of the contract, leaving you responsible for any costs associated. Should you wish to discuss maintenance provision with us, please make contact.

Please respond to this 'Information Notice' confirming that you understand and acknowledge the above and that you are happy to proceed, by giving your authority to proceed so that you can sign our order form. Any delays in receiving confirmation may impact on the rates quoted.
